I/We agree to CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD obtaining personal information from a credit reporting agency, a credit report containing personal credit information about me/us for the purpose of assessing my/our application for commercial credit provided by CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and for the purposes of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by me/us to CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and am aware that this is the usual practice of CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.

I/We agree to CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD obtaining personal information about me/us from other credit providers, whose names are provided to CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD or named in a credit report, for the purposes of assessing my/our application for commercial credit provided by CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and am aware that it is the usual practice of CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.

CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is authorized under Part 2 Section 3.2 of the Australian Privacy Principles to collect personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes of CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD assessing the application for commercial credit and collecting overdue payments on commercial credit provided by CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. If you do not provide the information requested in this application CIMC WETRANS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may not be able to process the application.
